How it works..
Treatment Sessions
All clients will receive a free half-hour initial telephone consultation to assess their suitability for CBT based interventions.
Typically, a course of therapy will last somewhere between 12 and 20 sessions. This will be discussed and agreed following full assessment and consistent with your treatment goals.
Flexible appointment times are available which are usually for one hour each week.
In the majority of cases, sessions take place at our consulting rooms in Kendal. Some sessions may also take place out of the therapy room, for example when learning to overcome specific anxieties and fears associated with particular places and/or situations.
Confidentiality
Katherine provides a commitment to all her clients to work within an environment or trust and security. She offers a confidential service and believes that honest and open dialogue between client and therapist is central to improved well being and successful recovery.
Fees
An hour long session will be charged at the rate of £70.
Payment is expected in advance of each session either by cash, cheque or bacs.
Full details regarding payment will be provided.
Block bookings operate at a discounted rate of 10% per session.
